Hello everyone,

I'm in the progress of filling out all my AOS forms, but I am unsure as to what my A# is. On the back of my I-94 it says A# , followed by an 8-digit number. On my K-3 Visa I have another 8-digit number printed in red, but it doesn't say A# anywhere. The two numbers are completely different, too.

In addition, I haven't received my NOA2s in the mail for the I-130 or I-129F... I don't know what to do about that. : (

Servus Zlau,

use the A# on the back of the I-94...and i am pretty sure that this NR is also on your Visa in black ink.

Thank you for both of your replies!

I can't find the number that's on my I-94 anywhere on my visa... and where is the A number on my visa? No number on it starts with an A.

I was just looking at Claudeth's visa and the alien number was below my name down at the bottom on the left side. It should start A#

Hm, I don't have a number on my visa under my husband's name... I'm starting to wonder if K-3 people even get an A#?

On the back of my I-94 it says A# , followed by an 8-digit number.

That's the A# you're looking for. :)

The A# isn't actually written on the visa itself - only on the NOA2 and on the I-94. Silly, I know.

I looked at the I-94 in Claudeth's passport and there was no A number on it. Weird

Wow, I thought both visa types would have an A number but maybe it is because the K-1 is a non-immigration and the k-3 is an immigration visa?
