Hello Everyone

I have two questions to consult with you..

Question 20 on DS230 does not allow me to type the date of "TO" in full digit (mm-yyyy). Can't type last digit of year.Any idea. why?

Question 21a. Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the United States now. My understanding is, the answer would be "None", even though in question 14, there is my name as her spouse. I am already in USA and don't need any visa if I want to go to Bangladesh to bring her here. Is "None" a correct answer"?

Thanks...

Try it without the dash and see how it looks.

None is the right answer, unless she brings kids with her.

And don't forget to mail it to her. She needs it also for the interview!

If you have problem with question 20 with typing, you can simply write by hand.

Question 21 actually asks for if anyone is going to accompany the foreign alien spouse with IV visas. So there answer is "None," even if you come with her in the same flight.

Hi Simple Male,

Thanks for responding my inquiries. I have a question to you as you are a Bangladeshi.

My wife has obtained a police certificate which contains her present address (Daulatpur, Khulna) but has not mentioned the duration of her residing in this present address. Before marriage, she used to live with her parents in Khalishpur, Khulna. Does she need another police certificates from khalishpur thana?

Thanks again for your time..

No, she does not need another police certificate from Khalishpur. The certificate that your wife has obtained will suffice it.
