Hello riza what is AP? i just ask coz i am confused of what is that form to make sure i have mine also..do i need it also? :help:

AP = Advance Parole

You only need it if you plan to leave the US, and want to re-enter, prior to receiving your green card.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Mexico

dammit now i know i messed something up. we just sent in our forms yesterday and i only included two photos. will i get an RFE for it? or send the whole thing back to us?! :(

ughhhhhhhh

We did the same thing and so far no RFE. My husband's AOS was approved on the 21st. I've heard others mention that they use the photos from the Biometrics. They probably want the passport photos for the hard copy of the file.
