I-129F SUPPLEMENTAL SHEETS

I am in the process of filing in the I-129f form.

I have two problems

1. the spaces on the document for addresses does not have room for the fiances forign address, and they expect a US type address.

Is it permissible to use a supplemental page for the address and reference this page on the form?.

2. I have been married 3 times and the form only has room for two previos marriages,

Again is it acceptable to put the information on a suplemental page reference this page on the form?
