GOT APPROVED YESTERDAY NIGHT @ 11:30PM!!!! ME AND MY WIFE ARE SO HAPPY.... AFTER 5 MONTHS AT THE USCIS.... NOW ON TO THE NVC!.... YEAH!!!!!!!!! :dance:

THANK YOU ALL 4 THE SUPPORT!!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

P.S. To all that are still waiting, god bless you all and be patient... your time will come very soon!

Gratz on your approval..

We haven't approved yet, nor got any touches. I am so !^%&^+& pissed! Something should be done about this. A lot of ppl waiting seperated and this is not fricken fair to us! Sorry for the insults but i can't describe how i feel in other words.

15/05/2007 NOA - 1 from CSC

15/11/2007 "Touched"

16/11/2007 Approved

19/11/2007 Got the NOA2 in mail.

I - 129

21/06/2007 I - 129 sent to Nebraska instead of Chicago

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I know the feeling... it's crazy... It will be soon ok =) You could try your house of representative or senetor 4 help, just in case. I was going nuts after the fourth month.

Clow - I had a good feeling yesterday when I read about your 'touch' ... You've been waiting for a while (longer than other may filers anyways) and I am so glad to see you finally got approved!!

Yay! Congratulations!!

Like you said also - good luck to anyone who is still waiting. The approvals keep coming - your times have to be coming so soon!!
