Hi everyone..

My K3 visa was approved last Nov 7, 2007 but until now I haven’t receive my visa. Does anyone have idea if how long do I will wait for my visa?

hello my friend how are you ?after visa approved it take 1 week to 45 business days .if case not under AP.when visa officer said you you are aproved he or she must gave you a sheet where they write all detail that you will get visa in 45 days and also care need Ap.if there they write AP then just pray to God for sooner

11/07/08 EAD Card production ordered

11/10/08 EAD Approval Notice sent

11/15/08 EAD touched

12/05/08 AOS ready for interview scheduling

12/07/08 Interview appointment date received

02/03/09 Interview date

02/13/09 green card arrived in mail

We had the same interview date but mine is K1 visa. Mine is still not released from the embassy. I'm getting worried about it. :( But once its released, it takes 2-5 days to be delivered. Try using the Delbros text hotline 0917-6221949. Please PM me when you've got any updates. Thanks!

02.25.2008 Mailed AOS packet

03.04.2008 Check cashed

03.03.2008 NOA dates for I-485, EAD, AP

03.05.2008 Biometrics Appointment notice date

03.19.2008 Biometrics Appointment

03.22.2008 RFE for missing (2) I-864 pages :(

03.24.2008 RFE mailed back

03.31.2008 RFE received and case processing resumed

04.28.2008 AP approval notice (dated 04.25.08)

04.30.2008 EAD approved

05.02.2008 Received AP in mail

05.05.2008 Received EAD in mail

07.10.2008 Received Interview letter

08.15.2008 Interview: Approved

08.26.2008 Green Card received

My wife was approved on Nov 8th. I talked to the embassy and was told her visa was being delivered to DELBROS yesterday afternoon (Weds afternoon there) so yours might be there also. Give Delbros a call to find out.

Depends on where you live in the Philippines. Some take as much as 2 weeks.

If you are out in the bundoks Delbros piles up enough to make their trip profitable.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Congrats to all the recent visa approvals.

My suggestion would be to first call DELBROS as mentioned. If they have it you can wait for delivery, or if you are in the Manila area go pick it up at DELBROS.

I would suggest calling the USEM and asking if DELBROS does not have your visa package yet.

Just wait if you enjoy the suspense. :whistle:
