Hey all, My husband got an RFE today, yes that notorious pink paper. Joint sponsor has to submit all tax documents. Seems like they get a lot of people for this. Anyway, my mom is going to fax me all her tax documents, as she lives in a different state. I don't have a fax machine of my own, so I decide tomorrow she will fax them to UPS. Has anyone used UPS for receiving faxes, do they come out clear enough to read? Clear enough though, I'm wondering if the USCIS would have a problem if I sent them copies of faxed documents. If anyone knows anything please help. Thanks so much.

Get tax transcripts for past three years from IRS(they love those at USCIS), or three years worth of most current tax returns and make sure you get copies of all w2, 1099 and all of the tax return pages, I think you might be better off mailing them instead of a fax, but up to you.

You can have them fax to you or directly to your mate. Embassy excepts faxed copies.

As the other poster mentioned. Tax transcripts are WAY better.

If you want them faxed to you try getting them faxed to a local Real Estate office.

!! ALL PAU!

Thanks for the quick reply's. We decided to have my mom send them to my job. But she wants to send them FedEx, I'm sure thats ok, but costly. The reason we were trying to rush to get it and send back to USCIS, is like everyone else, my husband has to start his 90 day waiting period all over for EAD, once the new documents are received. It states this on the notice they sent and he is dying to go back to work!!! Another reason for rushing to send back is the Thanksgiving holiday is coming next week and wanted USCIS to get it before then.
