do they use regular mail @ Montreal

Hi all

I spoke to the montreal consulate on 31 jan 06 and they told, they had mailed the packet 3..

those VJ members from motreal do u know wht kinda mail they use for packet 3 and also i am in Brampton, On.. i chkd the Canada post website it says montral to brampton takes 3days on regular mail.. any idea or clue is welcome

It's regular mail. I live outside of Toronto. Mine was dated the 22nd of December and I didn't get it till the 27th.

It'll probably be there any day. But, I'm sure they could always send out another packet.

My Packet 3 was sent from Montreal Dec 20 and I received it in Newfoundland Dec 28 (that's with the Post Office closed for the 4 day Christmas weekend). I was surprised!! Give it til Monday and ask them to send you another one (also ask them what address they have for you just to be sure they have the correct one!) Good luck...............{{{{HUGS}}}}

i was on phone with canada post and they say it might take 7 to 10 biz days to deliver a letter by regular mail.

yeppers, regular mail all the way. I wouldn't stress over it yet.

They did send mine to the wrong address. How they did this still suprises me. After all, they have tons of papers with the person's address on it. I had to call, they told me they sent it to the wrong address. She then sent me another one which I received in 4 days. My NOA 2 was Dec 30. I didnt receive my packet 3 till Feb 14th. So it delayed it by 6 weeks sending it to the wrong place.

So i think i just wait patiently till i recieve it
