I get so tired between 2-4pm to the point where I want to sleep on my keyboard. Anyone else have this problem? What can I do to avoid this afternoon crash? :help:

Your blood sugars are getting low - it is a normal time of day for that to happen - a good solution is having one of those juice boxes of 100% fruit juice for a quick pick me up, or a snack with a simple carbohydrate and a protein (cheese and crackers, apple and cheese, raisins and nuts, etc.). B6 and B12 supplements are also good, but you may still have a mid-afternoon blood sugar drop - so, have a healthy snack!

awwww thanks! :star:

Maybe you need more stimulating work to do or maybe just some more work......that will keep you awake.

When you say "work", what exactly does that mean?

what are you eating for lunch and breakfast?

Diet can also play a role in this.

Try changing your office around every month as well, keeping things fresh and new will also keep you awake.

Pregnancy does that to people :P jk

Maybe a change in your diet. I don't know if you have lunch and what you eat, but for me at least if I have an actual lunch while at work, like real food, pasta, steak or something I get sleepy. If I only eat fruits, yogurt and all that light stuff I feel more energetic. Might sound crazy, but hey, it works for me.
