Hey everyone,

I woke up this morning and thought I'd check my e-mail and I found three e-mails from USCIS saying:

The following is the latest information on your case status

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On April 14, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

*The projected processing time frame can be found on the receipt notice that you received from the USCIS.

I completely freaked out.. :dance: ..I am so happy and relieved that I am having a hard time not crying right now...I sent Anna a quick e-mail and a few of my family and friends...It is so funny how upset I was last week, then decided that I would step back and give all my frustration and my Will over to God and let God handle things. On Friday, I had done a good job of letting things go....And on Easter of all days, this is what God gave me....I love you God!.....Thank you for everything, especially Anna....she is my Angel........Anyway, I am hoping and praying that everyone of you has a stress free process with your K-1s and other applications...You all are great people and so deserving of the love that each of you has found...That is shown in your caring for others in this process. I pray that I will be able to return your support a thousand fold......Thank you for sharing the joy, frustration and sorrow of others and yourselves....

Of course this is the first step in endless forms and applications however, soon enough, Anna and I will be going through that process together (physically together)...

April/04/2005- Visa journey began!!

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008

Biometrics Detroit May 10th 2008

10 year Green card ordered August 20th 2008

Citizenship any time from feb 2009
