Imagine the scene from the air! Thousands of little yellow puffs in the river. Like a giant bowl of Cap'n Crunch.

But its quite true. Making the river bigger wont stop people from jumping in. Unless they decide to chop out a few thousand miles of land for the expanion on either side and throw in alligators, crocs, flesh-eating fish, and a few lawyers. That might deter a couple of would-be border jumpers.
