This is a very frequent question.

Yes :yes: you can visit while K-1 visa is in process, just need to demonstrate to CBP or POE officer strong ties back home, and that you wont overstay in the USA.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Can anyone confirm if you can travel during the process your K1 is getting approved. My fiance lives in the US and I am in Canada. We want to get the process started but I saw someone where that I would not be able to go visit him during the process. Can he come visit me?

He can visit you all he likes as well :)

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png
