Police Report for multiple cities

Hello everyone. Sorry for reposting this, I've posted the q on the Russian Forum, but haven't received a reply.

Mi fiancee has lived in 2 cities, both in Russia.

On http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/reciproc...ocity_3656.html it states:

Police certificates should note all names that the person has used in Russia, and should note the MVD branches in all locations that were queried.

Does this mean my fiancee has to specifically request for them to put the cities she lived on the report, do they do it automatically, or does she need to go to each city she has lived in and request a report in each?
