Mike,

I was unable to access these links. I live in Ho Chi Minh City, so perhaps it is an internet issue here - I'm not sure.

Has everyone else been able to access them?

I guess we'll just patiently wait for our packet 3 to arrive. I really didn't think the turn around for packet 3 would happen so quickly. Our case shipped out the same day as Matt_Stevens and arrived at the consulate on the 20th of March. I give them a call tomorrow morning and see if they received the updated mailing address I emailed in. I guess better to know if the packet will be mailed to the updated addy in HCMC, or to the other permanent address in Can Tho.

Mike,

This information is pretty old, it dates back to 2001. The Visa fee was only $45.00. Who know what else has changed since then.

Sorry, I didn't realize that. I was in a rush to go pick up my kids when I found that and just posted it. Some of the information is probably the same. I wish that we can get a copy of everything inside packet 3.

Dalegg, thanks for those documents posted. The lawyer I used, which I am not too happy with, filled that form out for me, and I included one notarized I-134 in my original and he also instructed me to make a copy before notarization, and get both notarized, and send the other one to my fiancee for her interview. I searched some lawyers online, and found a few that actually have some people located in both Hanoi and HCMC.
