Seriously, wtf?

This person calls me up 7ish AM and asks me a favor if I can cover a specific floor shift today. So I say 'sure' I am always covering floor shifts, and it's a great oppty when someone can't do his/her own floor, to be able to pick up extra shifts.

Then she says she MAY need the floor covered. So I say 'well, let me know cos I'll totally do it'

I text her a bit ago:

Me: 'hey if you need that shift covered, you need to let me know soon so I can get ready'

Her: '<insert other agent's name here> got it covered for me'

Me: 'why ask me to do it if you gave it to someone else? Isnt' that what you called me for?'

Her: '<insert other agent's name here> has it already'

So fkin angry.
