129 f extension?

Wanted to know if your case has reached your country embassy and the 129f is expiring soon do u have to ask for a extension or is it given one.

Usually it is given, but to be safe I would e mail the Embassy and request that one be given and explain the circumstances. Example, it was held up at NVC, USCIS took it's sweet time approving it, or some legitimate reason that was out of your control. Do keep a copy of the e mail you send.

Sounds like Cairo Embassy. Keep e mailing them.

They probably already got your request and feel there is no need to respond, but I'm just guessing. Perhaps the request has already been added to your file, either that or they will just automatically extend it for you.

Right. They'll consider this a trivial matter to which there is no need to respond. Petition validity is routinely extended as needed. If I were you, I'd quit bugging them about it.
