Hi everyone,

Can somebody please give me CSC's direct line so we could verify if they had sent the our case to NVC. We received the approval last Oct 12 and my fiancee inquired several times with the NVC but they said that our case is not yet with them. We're both upset and want to track it with the CSC. Any advise would be gladly appreciated.

Whoever says you can't love someone online is a fool. I love you DUKE !!!

No such animal!

It's taking almost 5 weeks from NOA2 for NVC to receive petitions from CSC.

Friend I'm helping [K1] got NOA2 from CSC Sept 19, 2007 and got USEM interview and St.Lukes medical dates online yesterday. Dec 6 interview.

USEM is moving FAST at this time!

There's no direct line to CSC that I know of, but many of us have use their RFE line as they're able to assist you further than their customer service line. Here's how to get through the RFE line:

Call 1-800-375-5283

Follow these prompts:

1, 2, 2, 4, 2, 1 Then enter your receipt number and press 1 to verify that it is correct, Press 1 again.

Good luck!

Not quite. Every time I have called the misinformation line, I was given completely different information. I wouldn't trust anything you hear if you call that number and do the RFE deal.
