Ah man, I loved the 80s, and I did pretty much all of these, barring the ones that would make me a gay six-year old like the banana clip, etc.

I wonder if I would have loved the 80s so much if I was an adult during it. I definitely couldn't of had a birthday party at McDonald (I think I had more than one there!). I think the reason I love Bangkok so, so much is it reminds me a lot of Los Angeles in the 80s in a way, just with less swimming pools.

I wish I could've been a cop in the 80s, things were so gritty back then...gritty and cheesy, I love it.

Shot through the heart, and you're to blame...you give loooove..a bad name

Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... that made me remember more.. but I STILL dont remember how to play it...

I know I am going to be a total dork for explaining this :innocent:

This is how we would do it.

You have the different categories (boy/girls name, cars, # of kids, other miscellaneous stuff) and the player picked 3 and the person "regulating" picked the last one. Then, the player would either (1) close their eyes and draw a spiral or someone would count in their head the player would say start and stop. That would be the magic number. Then you would count through each of the categories and every time you landed on the magic number you would cross out the selection you came to until you were left with one choice in each category. Then you would make up a story (like Ashley is going to marry Jake, they are going to live in a 4 bedroom apartment, drive a Buick and have 20 kids).

Ah, those were the days

Remember when you used to go to the last page of the slam book "name someone you secretly like" to see if anyone else liked the same person you did? And then you would scrutinize all their other answers to figure out who they were? I hope that wasnt just me.

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

Aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... that made me remember more.. but I STILL dont remember how to play it...

sadly, I do. You had all the categories around the perimeter, and had all the "answers filled in. Then in the middle, you had a big box, where you drew like a big spiral circle in it, and then when the person said stop, you counted how many lines across there were, and then you countede category to cantegory and scratched off the "answer" till only one answer per category was left, and that was your "future"

Happy
