CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE!

April 8, 2007 - Visited the love of my life in Nigeria

April 10, 2007 - Engaged

May 21, 2007 - Sent Package to VSC

May 24, 2007 - NOA1 receipt date

August 10, 2007 - Visited the love of my life in Nigeria (again...stayed three weeks)

September 1, 2007 - arrived back in the States

November 5, 2007 - approved!!!

November 6, 2007 - touched

November 9, 2007 - received paper NOA2

November 9, 2007 - NVC forwarded case to consulate

November 15, 2007 - received letter from NVC

November 19, 2007 - fiance has interview date and corresponding forms

December 15, 2007 - Purchase Ticket

January 8, 2008- interview at consulate (approved!)

January 18, 2008- pick up visa

January 19, 2008 - POE (JFK)

February 14, 2008 - married on V-day!

AOS/EAD:

March 14, 2008 - applied for AOS/EAD

March 16, 2008 - AOS/EAD Received

March 20, 2008 - (AOS/EAD) NOA1 Received

March 27, 2008 - Received biometric Appointment

April 8, 2008 - I485 Application transfered to California Service Center

April 11, 2008- Biometrics taken

April 16, 2008 - Touched (AOS Transfered)

May 07, 2008 - Touched

May 08, 2008 - Touched

May 09, 2008 - Touched

May 12, 2008 - Touched

May 13, 2008 - Touched

May 14, 2008 - Touched(EAD card production ordered)

May 19, 2008 - Touched(EAD Approved)

Thanks for starting this. I finally got through to the NVC this morning. I received my NOA2 on Nov 2nd, but they have not received it yet. Some make it there really quick and others take a while. I have seen some threads talking about "crates" of NOA2s being shipped. I sure hope they are not shipped once a month at the beginning of the month.

Hi cadman! My fiancee received the approval (email) last Oct 12 and after 4 weeks, he called NVC and inquired about our case and was told several times (with several calls..) that they haven't received it yet. He called again 3days ago and insisted with the case number, and this time, they said that they received it last Nov 8 and forwarded it to Manila Consulate on the 13th. The funny thing is, on the 8th, my fiancee called them and was told that it's not yet with them.They're tricky sir...so i suggest, insist that they should check it well. A little push would do well my friend. :yes:

Debz I'm kinda like that too although I have got better - it was ok in Cali last summer - it was 43c in the shade every day but I got used to it and because we were in the desert it was a dry heat - I don't mind being hot so much if I'm not sweating like a pig :lol:

Seems like CSC takes longer to get their approvals to NVC.

April 8, 2007 - Visited the love of my life in Nigeria

11/13/2007 - NOA2...127days after filing (hard copy 11/17/07)

12/22/2007 - packet 3 rec. (12/28/2007 returned)

01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

03/12/2008 - Flying Glasgow - Dublin - Chicago - Omaha

05/31/2008 - WEDDING

AOS

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

08/11/2008 - NOA1's for AOS and EAD recieved (reciept date 08/07/2008)

08/16/2008 - Biometrics letter recieved

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

10/27/2008 - EAD IN HAND

01/12/2009 - AOS touched

01/26/2009 - Email from CRIS. GREENCARD PRODUCTION ORDERED..YIPPPPEEE

NVC got mine yesterday got case #today :dance: The journey is almost over for us all :thumbs: I hope everybody gets good news soon.

As of today it appears that our paperwork has arrived and left the NVC. It is on it's way to Manila. And the journey continues........

May 30, 2007 - Mailed K1 Application Packet to NSC

Transfered to CSC at some point

June 14, 2007 - Received NOA1 from CSC

June 18, 2007 - Check Clears

June 19, 2007 - Touch

November 2, 2007 Touch and NOA2 Approved

November 4, 2007 Touch

November 16, 2007, Arrives at NVC

November 19, 2007, Shipped to Manila

November 21, Received Letter from NVC

December 20th, Paid Delbros Doc Verification at Metrobank

December 27th - Medical - Completed and Okay

December 28th - CFO - Complete

January 7th. 2008 - INTERVIEW - APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

March 7th. 2008 - Receive VISA

March 20th. 2008 - Get CFO Stamp

March 21st. 2008 - Leave for Michigan from Manila, POE Detroit

April 1st. 2008, Married!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
