hello i hope u can help me guys cause im just asking for hepl on how to change my status cause i was been already married for a citizen american my status now is for a k-1 visa how to change that to remove my k1 visa?

You must file for AOS

REMOVAL OF CONDITION

November 27, 2009 - Mailed Packet to California

December 02 , 2009 - Recieved packet at 1Pm

December 07 , 2009 - Check Cashed

December 12, 2009 - Recieved my 1 Year extension

December 21,2009 - Recieved my Biometric appointment

January 11 , 2010 - Biometric @ 2pm

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I don't think the original post was clear enough to know where it belongs or what it's about. However, my second reading indicates it may well be a K3 related question.

Perhaps the original post was about a couple in the K1 process who got married and now needs to cancel the K1 and go with another visa.

If you can, please be more clear about your circumstances.
