I love our standard-issue license plates (they have hot-air balloons on them) but all our special interest plates suck.

A bit off topic but I always thought Arizona's flag was one of the best designs of any flag...

A lot of drivers would have their front plate be the Arizona flag. :)

It reminds me of the Save Tibet logo.....

In MN we have these Critical Habitat plates. They are special plates you pay extra for. Most of the vehicles I see them on are the Suburban Soccer Mom SUVs. I laugh everytime I see them. Hypocrites

Hey! I'm a suburban soccer mom (admittedly, one who drives a fuel efficient/non-SUV, but still)!

Being a Notary Public, this is the kind of plate Mel has on his car.

Ah yes, and my grandpa would have been proud to have the La "Sons of Confederate Veterans" plate. Unfortunately he just had a farm truck tag... :)

Um, the hot-air balloon plate has been issued since 2001, almost no one has the old-style yellow plates anymore. You can still get them if you want them, but the hot-air balloon plate is the default.
