Hi

I think i am in a soup guys plzzzzzzz help me with this. My wife sent in all the paper work for I-864 and everything was looking good. But then i called the NVC and got to know that their are some documents missing. The following are the documents they asked for

1. My wifes current proof of employment

2. Co sponsors taxes for 2006

3. Co sponsors proof of US citizenship

I have the 2 & 3 document but all of a sudden my wife had some problem and was taken in the hospital. She is doing fine but confined to the hospital for a few months so is not presently working and is ubanle to leave the hospital. So she is unable to send in the current proof of employment.

Please suggest what should be done in this case. I wana go see her at the earliest and be their for her when she needs me the most.

Thanks All

Seems like she can have someone else get the documents [such as the co sponsor] and send them in.

If she's unemployed now [sounds like it] and has a co sponsor she should only have to send a letter stating her current situation.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
