HI everyone,

I have a quick question...... Does my beneficiary have to get the G325 notorized? I know he needs to get the letter of intent notorized, but also the G325? I'm a bit confused. Anything else need to notorized we are proactically done with our petition? Thanks everyone you guys are so flippin helpful.

You don't need to get anything notarized right now. The only form that must be notarized in the K1 process is the I-134. That form is not sent in with the intial K1 application. You complete after your petition has been approved but before your SO's interview so that they can present it at the interview.

Correct. I suggest you pay no more attention to whatever source is giving you this misinformation. Where did you get the idea there was any document needing notarization besides the I-134?
