Italy Vaccination reqs for medical exam. Question

Hi!

I have a hand written note from my husband's doc, who has been his doctor for 30 years. I keep seeing the terms "vaccination card" on the site for Italians.

Where does one get the "vaccination card?"

would love to try to get one so he does not have to get any vaccinations that he already has had.

I would say the fastest way to find out the correct answer is to contact the embassy appointed doctor where he will have his medical. They will be able to tell you whether or not the note from the doctor will be accepted as proof of the appropriate vaccinations.

good idea, since I posted this question I also checked with the consulate in naples. A ms. woods said it was fine.
