I downloaded the G-325A form from the USCIS website. It has four pages of forms that look identical!--the only difference I can detect is at the bottom left corner each page has a different number and corresponding recipient [example: (4) Consultate]

Which of the G-325A form does my husband fill out and sign? All four of them? 2 of them? I'm confused! He will be signing them and then sending them to me in the US so I can send out our I-129 ASAP...thanks in advance!

Anyone required to fill out and submit the G-325A form is required to complete each of the 4 pages of the form and sign them all. If the K-3 I-129F are like the K-1 I-129f requirements both your Husband and you will each need to complete 4 pages. basically when you send in the forms you want 8 pages of G-325A forms, 4 from you and 4 from him.

If you fill them in on the computer you only need to complete the first page and when you print it it fills in all the other pages with the same info... then you just need to sign them !!

Your husband needs to fill out all 4 of them, sign and date them. From your part, you also need to fill out, sign, and date all four of them as well. So there are two sets of G-325A. One for yourself and the other one for your husband.

The 4 pages are ideantical except on the bottom right hand corner has different recipient (Like, (4) Consulate) as you said. But all 4 pages have to be filled out, signed, and dated.

If you have acrobat reader, you can type them online and print them as well. The big advantage of doing this is, when you type everything in one page, it automatically fills out all 4 pages at the same time. Therefore, you just need to type everything at once. Then you can just print them out and then sign and date all 4 pages. You can download the G-325A form from the following USCIS website, then you can also type all info liek I said above:

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
