Just curious if any July filers have been approved yet.

My husband sent our I-130 on July 15 and got our NOA1 July 25........can't wait for that NOA2

Yes--we got approved Sept. 23 without ever getting an NOA1. If you have been waiting more than 90 days, you should call USCIS. That's what they tell you on their website.

I received my NOA1 on July 10th and nothing since then. Just to clarify, I thought you had to wait 180 days before you could call and receive more info about delays in your case.

we file july we just got and email from uscis petion aproved nov 9 2007......

I also sent our I130 out in July they recieved it July 17th and got NOA1 July 23rd and nothing since. 112 days since NOA1 I hope they get cracking and start sending out approval notices soon.

i applied on July 12th to Texas and have a receipt notice date of July 19th from CSC. got touched due to I129F application filed and request from Senators office but no movement at all.

darn california sux, wish i was able to apply to Vermont. no Predictability to california's processing

Yup! Got Approved Nov 8...waiting now for NVC to receive my packet.

mine got approved on nov 7th

My I130 was filed in June with csc, NOA1 date is June 21. No NOA2 received till date.

I filed the I-130 in July and received my NOA 1 on July 27th. I have not had any movement in my papers since that time. This is a sahame after reading the article yesterday that the USCIS was more then a year behind on applications.

we filed july 19th and our NOA1 is dated aug 2nd. approvals seem to be trickling in for june/early july filers (at CSC) so we aren't expecting NOA 2 until sometime in december.

so the moral of this story is if you want a foriegn spouse and want to avoid waiting forever, move to Vermont!
