Can anyone---who did their interview at the London embassy---tell me if they asked for the two years of tax returns? Thanks---Amye

They did not ask us for any tax returns. The only item they asked for with the I-134 was my employment letter ... but my compensation is significantly above poverty level so that may be why they asked for nothing else. I would definitely have the most recent tax return but more might not be necessary. We had 3 years of tax returns with us ... just in case.

They asked me for 1 years tax return.

they told me i only needed one years tax return as i provided three! i think 3 is only for the AOS, and i'm not even certain about that! If you can get 3 i'd take them anyway, as extra evidence can never hurt!
