Hello again,

I've already asked this and got no reply so I'll have another go.

I travelled to the US last week on my K1 visa and I am now living at an address other than the one that I put on the I-129F (When I filed I didnt know where we would be living, so I put my fiancee's parents address).

So the question is, do I need to tell USCIS or another government agency what my new address is at this time?

OR can I just fill in the new address when I file for EAD and AOS?

Thanks.

If the address is different that the one you indicated on DS-156 or DS-230, you report the new address to USCIS using AR-11 within 10 days of moving.

AR-11 can be mailed or filed on-line.

SEE: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

After you file to adjust status (File I-485), anytime you and your spouse move, AR-11 and I-865 need to be filed.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
