No one came by :cry: And the guy sat and talked about how he has trouble communicating with people, how his father was a liar his whole life & how the father was always disappointed with him, how his mother was a #######, how he 'HAS NO EMPATHY OR SYMPATHY FOR ANYONE' <----that's a direct quote, btw :blink: and various other freaky things.

The guy kept tryin to get me to come in the house, but I was like 'no I'm fine out here' Meanwhile I was sweating like a pig :lol:

But now I'm gone....and an open house by me at that location will.never.happen.again.

Wow! I like those kind of talk, you get to analyze how they think...I can picture you in my head while having that talk....hahahaha! Scary!!! right? hahaha!

why didn't you just leave if you didn't feel safe?

Theoretically, I could have...but I didn't want to be responsible if my ad drew people to the house and I wasn't there & something happened.

It was a nice day out & many of the neighbors were outside...so I felt safe adjacent :lol: just really creeped out.

the guy sounds like a total sociopath...and if the house is shown for a walk through..warn the other realtors and have a male with them...i fear he be in the news again..and real estate agents are sometimes easy targets..

Seriously - glad you're out of there and safe. Mother's a #######, no sympthy or empathy, bad crime and did time? Definite sociopathic qualities. People around don't always stop this kind of guy. I'm not typically one to exaggerate - whoever asked you to sit at this open house really put you in danger, Lisa.
