Well, he just came outside, shirt open, hair out of his ponytail all open and flowy. I said 'well, I'm here until 4 so anytime after then wld be great to come back.' He said 'well I don't have any family or friends so I have nowhere to go.' Me: 'the thing is, many buyers feel uncomfortable viewing a home when the HO is there.' Him: 'well if anyone comes by, I'll go across the street.'

And here he is! Just pulled up.

Anyone who says RE is easy can suck it! hahahhaha

the guy (HO) needs to go buy a cup of coffee ... and leave house

I am happy that you are down to the last hour....I hope another agent has shown up. I live in Sanford and if I was on here earlier....I would have came by and pretend I was interested in the house. Hope you are doing ok and that he is still gone.....he sounds very creepy

hey guys...packin up to leave. he came outside n was chewin my ear off....he really creeped me out. I'll tell ya all about it when I can really type on a kb.

other agent came by, but had to leave. house alarm needed shutting off, so its been pretty much me and the dude this whole time.

Sounds to me like this guy really needs help from the "Designed to Sell" staff at the Home and Garden Network! Does he honestly expect the house to sell? It sounds like that is going to be a commission that is REALLY earned if it does! Good luck on the sale, and sitting there for an Open House really does sound above and beyond the call of duty to me.

whew!

No one came by :cry: And the guy sat and talked about how he has trouble communicating with people, how his father was a liar his whole life & how the father was always disappointed with him, how his mother was a #######, how he 'HAS NO EMPATHY OR SYMPATHY FOR ANYONE' <----that's a direct quote, btw :blink: and various other freaky things.

The guy kept tryin to get me to come in the house, but I was like 'no I'm fine out here' Meanwhile I was sweating like a pig :lol:

But now I'm gone....and an open house by me at that location will.never.happen.again.
