Tracking you AOS

When you start tracking your AOS, do you use the old account with the USCIS, (i.e. the K-1 process), or start new account with a different email? Also, can you track all three, (AOS, AP, and EAD), on the same account? I have already forgot my password for the K-1 process. And I did the automated request for the password to be sent to me, but it never arrived.

You can use the same account, we did, and it still lists K-1, and AOS petitions.

You can use the old account and simply add the new receipt numbers you got. You can track all of them on the same account. If you're having problems accessing it, it's fine to make a new one.

I had problems with accessing my password too, but finally got it, so I could use my old account. And as the others said, you can access with the old email address, or start a new account.

your USCIS password expires after 90 days (from last use), so you need to use the same account name, click on "forgot password", it asks you your secret question, and if you get it right will prompt you for a new password. Then your back in and you can just add your new tracking numbers.

Thanks for all the info...I did the "forgot password" thing and answered the secret question. But I never got a response back from them. I guess I will start a new account using my wife's email address.
