Green Card vs. Passport Family Name

I'll be flying home to the Philippines in three weeks (a little after Thanksgiving), and am expecting the green card to arrive soon (Card production ordered). I still have not changed my family name in my passport to my married name, while my GC will be under my married name. Am I going to have issues with this? Should I have my original marriage certificate with me when I come back?

Marlene and I have gone back to the Philippines too. We haven't changed the name in her passport yet. We did purchase the ticket using the name in the passport. We were never asked for a marriage certificate. There was no issue coming back--we just showed her passport and GC. You can also get an exemption from the Philippine citizen travel tax when you return home by showing your GC at the travel desk at the airport before you check in to come home. Marlene paid PHP200 for the exemption.
