Police Certificates

I'm reviewing our next steps once we get our NOA2 (please come soon).

Anyway, I'm reading about the need for police certificates and I'm wondering if my fiance needs to get a police certifiate for his time here in the United States. He lived here for 10 years. If he does where do we find the information for that application? I feel like an idiot for asking because all of you probably know and I'm just lost.

He does not need a police certificate for the time in the U.S.

Police certificates are required from all foreign countries where the applicant lived for at least six months starting at the age of 16 but not from the U.S. The FBI will do the background check for the USCIS.

Hi...its me Matthew from Oklahama...

He does not need PCC from the US....i hope he has already got his Indian pcc by now...
