OK, Patrick and I are trying to make sure he has everything he needs for the interview,

help us add things if we don't have them on the list please!

-Police Certificate (applied for)

-Birth Certificate

-Evidence of relationship (pictures, plane ticket stubs, emails)

-Evidence of financial support (letter from my employer, pay stubs but I'm missing 2 of them, and W2's, bank statement)

-Medical is booked

What else does he need?

Also, where can he obtain certified copies of his birth certificate (long form)?

He needs a valid passport, photos. If this is for a K-1 interview, he needs forms DS156 and DS156K, tax return and notorized Affidavit of Support Form. That would pretty much cover it.

Good luck

Patrick sent all of the forms he recieved in packet 3 back to the embassy. Wasn't he supposed to keep some for the interview? I think he was. Will this cause a problem? I'm going to tell him to print out the forms again and take them with him just in case.

Do not forget copies of your NOAs. Good luck.

Mary
