You can't use the K-1 guide to do it yourself?

The OP posted on another thread that his fiancee had the interview and was given a blue slip stating that they didn't believe the relationship was real. AzNBoy, did you have any luck contacting Marc Ellis and did he replied to your email?

05/29/2007 : NOA1

09/28/2007 : NOA2 (144 days from filing date)

11/02/2007 : NVC Received Case (35 days from NOA2)

11/06/2007 : NVC Sent Case to HCM Consulate

11/16/2007 : HCMC Received Case

11/17/2007 : HCMC Sent Packet 3

11/20/2007 : HCMC Received Packet 3

12/10/2007 : HCMC Called Fiancee (Packet 4 Sent + Interview Date)

12/18/2007 : Packet 4 Received

01/02/2008 : Medical Appointment

01/09/2008 : Interview passed!

01/29/2008 : Visa Received

02/02/2008 : POE @ SFO

Thanks. I would think he would need a good American immigration attorney then, not one in Viet Nam

From what I've read here on this forum, many VJ who have received Blue slips contacted Marc Ellis (American Immigration attorney) and he was able to help them resolved the issues and attained the Visa.

Hi..I'll give this out, but I'm not sure what you're looking for. I was looking for a lawyer at one point too, and I seeked out a service but decided against it. This might help because it has both offices in the US and HCMC. But, please bear in mind these guys are more of a service rather than a real law firm. If you got a difficult case, go with a real lawyer (IMHO)!
