Don't own one. I am male. The laws are too restrictive.

Outlaw weapons and only criminals will have them.

Laws will not stop those who habitually break the law. However, the likelihood of law abiding citizens being armed (versus the certainty they're not) might give a criminal pause.

Male, own a Glock .45 for defense and sport shooting, laws are too restrictive. The burden should be on the government to demonstrate why I should not be allowed to own/carry a gun, not the other way around. The focus should be placed on criminals who use guns, not on law-abiding citizens. They could start with disarming gang members...

brother scott..a 1st calls excellent weapon../ i plan on getting the 40 caliber model with the 30 round clip next year or two

30 Round clip? :o I didn't know they made clips that high? Wow!

It's just a shame that guns get into the wrong hands. Its pretty ironic that it is much harder to get Sudafed than a gun

Really ???

I don't recall the 15-day waiting period and FBI background check when purchasing medication....

LOL..well in order to get sudafed you must go to the pharmacist and request it, you have to show your id and they enter it into the computer (nationwide) to make sure that you are not buying it excessively due to the fact that people were using it to make other certain street drugs out of it. It might not be a 15 day waiting period but they are checking your background nationwide to make sure you're not making large purchases of it. If they see several purchases, you will be denied ( and who knows a possible investigation). I dont make the laws; it is what it is. If I really wanted to get a gun, I would take a short drive and buy one off the street without a background check so in my case it is much easier to get a concealed weapon than sudafed without the hassle of a background check...lol

You could do the same with medication.

Im female and i do have a gun card . But haven't found the gun i want to buy. Im thinking about a 38 or 45 . I want to shoot both of them befor i decide

Good idea. I like the .45 for its stopping power. Keeps someone who is essentially dead on his feet from still being able to charge at you and do you harm before he succombs.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

A .45 seems a bit excessive. I've never heard a perpetrator continuously attacking someone who's firing at them with a gun, especially if you've already hit them...except in the movies.

What do most police officers use?
