We just moved from RI to North Carolina because of my husband's job and we have temporary housing here (30 days) and we're looking for a permanent place. I had my biometrics on Oct 16th. Do I have to inform Immigration about my temporary housing or I can wait until I found something permanent??

Does anyone know an estimate about how long it takes after the biometrics to receive the card?

Can I work or travel overseas if my card is already expired and my application is pending???

I'll appreciate a lot your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vermont is saying that it will take about 6 months to get approval and the greencard will a few weeks after approval.... you should have recieved a NOA1 extending your Expired greencard for 1 year....

As or your change of address you need to report that within 10 days of moving... and dont forget your Husband as main sponsor also has to file for sponsors change of address within 30 days...

You definitely need to report your address change. Keep in mind you could still be called in for an interview. Good luck
