hi.. my father was petition by aunt May 1986.. as far as i know the petition includes me and my mother.. my first question is this.. my mom gave birth to my younger sister in 1989 is she can be included in the petition? and what about me im already 24 years old can i still be qualify for the petition, coz i am already over aged?? please help me with this... need some info tho.. thank you! :)

YES :yes: A Petition for sibling automaticaly includes spouse, and any children of the sibling, it wont break up a family.

..child is a person under 21

If the petition was filed before the child's 21 birthday, but the priority date becomes current after, a formula according to the Child Status Protection Act is applyed.

stil2gthr, you may or may not be eligible to get an immigrant visa with your parents. Look into CSPA or post here:

1. when was I-130 approved?

2. when the priority date will become current (or has)?

By looking at the visa bulletin I would guess you are from the Philippines

FROM ALL THE INFO GIVEN:

PETITION FILED: 1986

AGE NOW: 24

WELL THEN UNDER CSPA SHE IS ELIGIBLE TO BE INCLUDED.
