thats what I told someone else that swears that when you call the RFE line or whatever you get a touch and I was like..um.. no

That's right Shrewdie, we have to be NEXT CSC is way ahead on i-130's, VSC is just screwed up pulling from wherever.. USCIS is not going to change the timelines until they are sure they've cleared every july filer... I bet they were getting into trouble from all sorts cuz ppl were still not getting adjudicated and USCIS's timelines were reflecting dates past those filers. So, to cover their behind.. they just decided to keep the timelines in july and avoid all the hassle from senators.. congressmen, lawyers, etc... and also from us.. they can and still quote the timelines to get us off their back!

Im still praying for all of us... tho Im starting to hate to look at the online for my case

buut have not done anything yet i am gona use the online payments..
