I am confused by your statements. I do not have an October date on my NOA-1, anywhere. I have January 24, 2008 listed as my receipt date and the date the NOA-1 was issued was February 13, 2008. There is no record that I filed in October, other than my USPS confirmation which states that CSC received my petition on October 29. I think my petition is sitting in with the January 2008 filers collecting dust.

I filed in October too, my NOA1 reflects the received date as october and the Notice date as january when they finally got to processing the application. If you mailed ur application to them and u have a confirmation date as to when they received it.. then u might want to give them a call and ask about this cuz the only other reason why an application may not reflect the date received is, if it was mailed back as incomplete.. some forms missing, the fees (check missing or wrong), etc. I'd definately check on that.. its a big difference.

I think the problem is that your first I 130 was sent back to you as incomplete due to the signature problem you had, so when you sent the pettition back in after you got the rejection notice they had you as only filing in Jan.. Problem with that is that it was their fault you did not know it was rejected until Jan because of all the backlog going on. If I were you I would try to explain that to someone there because with out showing them some type of proof or getting someone there to see your side of the story I think they will consider you as a Jan filer.

thanks.. no touch at all excpet for today 4/21/08 which told me abt the approval last touch was 2/24/08 when they paried my i129f and i 130 togehter...

LOL ya kity i got approved this mornin at 445 am i got a text mesage on my phone sayin i received an email from CRIS ( i have the mobile alert switched on my yahoo mail) and filtered for only CRIS text mesages LOL

so i rolled out of bed almost FELL out , scrmabled for the keyboard. took 5 min to sign in cuz myhands were shakin.. saw the aproval

got aphon care went to ccall huby and he told me why r u awake so early LOL i said cuz i got a text mesage on my phone sayin WE GOT APPROVED!! he was so happyyyyyy woke my whole house up!!

told eveyrone..

we r so relieved.. now we know yalls r comin too!!!!

I just went to check on the online status for my case... I was scared!! :wacko: I dont exactly know if its because I might still see the old date (feb 24) or of how I will react to see an approved status!! :blink:

kity if u have a yahoo email id this is how idid it.. go to the email u have from CRIS whenu registered ur account on uscis then clik on add mobile alert.. and then filter it so u only get a text mesage if its from CRIS..

try playin with it.. im sure ul figure it out..

Hey, congrats to you! I've noticed that you have waited for some time already. I can see that you must be very very happy!

Btw, prior to your appoval, did USCIS touched your case at all? Mine has not been touched since 02/19 and I'm a Nov CSC CR-1 filer.

thanks.. no touch at all excpet for today 4/21/08 which told me abt the approval last touch was 2/24/08 when they paried my i129f and i 130 togehter...

LOL ya kity i got approved this mornin at 445 am i got a text mesage on my phone sayin i received an email from CRIS ( i have the mobile alert switched on my yahoo mail) and filtered for only CRIS text mesages LOL

so i rolled out of bed almost FELL out , scrmabled for the keyboard. took 5 min to sign in cuz myhands were shakin.. saw the aproval

got aphon care went to ccall huby and he told me why r u awake so early LOL i said cuz i got a text mesage on my phone sayin WE GOT APPROVED!! he was so happyyyyyy woke my whole house up!!

told eveyrone..

we r so relieved.. now we know yalls r comin too!!!!

I just went to check on the online status for my case... I was scared!! :wacko: I dont exactly know if its because I might still see the old date (feb 24) or of how I will react to see an approved status!! :blink:

kity if u have a yahoo email id this is how idid it.. go to the email u have from CRIS whenu registered ur account on uscis then clik on add mobile alert.. and then filter it so u only get a text mesage if its from CRIS..

try playin with it.. im sure ul figure it out..
