October / November I-130 2007 Filers

Got my approval email today!!

I was also told that CSC is processing October filers. I know there are August people still waiting but I think those are special cases and cases stuck in background check or something like that.

We were approved a week after our first touch. I didn't even file with the official marriage certificate copy! I was for sure thinking I'd get an RFE from that, but another VJ'er told me that it doesnt matter and I followed her advice and sure enough...APPROVAL no RFE's!!

I'm rooting for the rest of us OCT/NOV filers!

Jan 23, 2008 touched

Mar 17, 2008 approved

hey kity i dont knowww im jus prayin for VSC to pik up on approvals like CSC did... i am thinkin by end of march or DEfinately in april we should hear somehtin.. i chek a milion times a day.. and notthin.. i havent even had any toches since 2/24/08 i am getin more and more saddd i cant wait for that day i see the approval email... i am gona have a party hehe

yeah hope on the following weeks , before H1B petitions begin to be received in April @ each service center

Thats goona fill the queue again for them, i think thats 1 of reasons they want to clear as much possible room

for those H1B visa petitions since they have priority over all other types of visas!

I keep praying everyday too that VSC gets back to the I-130's. The estimates here on VJ in our timelines keep changing, now it says April 9. I look at that, i check on USCIS website every chance I get and Im seriously tired of seeing that same 2/24/08!! Invite me to your party!!!

LOL me too im so sik of seeing 2/24/08 i jus hope that i open the page and i see a 3/?/08 LOL... so is that true that H1 app come in april?? does that mean if we dont get our aproval btwn now and april then we wont get it til they are ovr with h1 apps?

how does that work? i dont know ..... lets all pray hard from the botom of our hearts for VSC to pik up the pace and start sending out the approval notices... i am hopin i get my i129F approved.. i want to be with my husband asap... if i get i130 approved thats ok also.. but i am hopin k3 since they are moving faster now...

i notice on your signature your case was touched by vsc! maybe you are comin to an approval.. alteast we can tel that VSC is lookin at petitions??? good luck to u

Yes my K3 Case has been touch, i know that 2 of those touches where because they updated my address

They Had it incomplete and they correct it that.

VSC is working with other types of cases since last week, K1 and others.

If you search here in the forum for other type of visas from vermont

you will see tons of approvals. We will know when they will resume with I-130 & I-129F when

people who filed to vermont start getting their approvals and they start to update their timelines.

Woohoo!! Touched!! First time since January. It's so good to see our group getting approvals and stuff finally. Congrats to everyone that has been approved, and a "we're almost there!!" to all the rest of us that are still waiting and checking every hour. Heh. And of course, GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!

i sent my I-130 0n November 14th 2007. VSC received it on November 16th 2007. I got NOA1 on January 24th 2008. I havent received or seen any changes to my file yet. has anyone else seen changes? I am filing for IR1/CR1 visa for my wife. my estimate date for my I-130 approval date is May 8th 2008.
