October / November I-130 2007 Filers

i sent my I-130 0n November 14th 2007. VSC received it on November 16th 2007. I got NOA1 on January 24th 2008. I havent received or seen any changes to my file yet. has anyone else seen changes? I am filing for IR1/CR1 visa for my wife. my estimate date for my I-130 approval date is May 8th 2008.

me either!! i dint see any new touch or update since 2/24/08... its so sad... wats going on with VSC?? shoudl we call them to ask what the deal is??

im getin stresed after seeing aug sept oct aprovals from CSC...

Hyd617, if you look at Delicia spreadsheet, you will see that some October and even November VMT filers got approved as well. And I think nobody should worry about the touches, mine was touched ones when they recieved it at the CSC and that was all. Oct. 10-15, 2007 were asked for more stuff

Oct. 22, 2007 sent additional papers

Nov 1st, 2007 Petition I-130 recieved by CSC

Jan. 17, 2008 date of NOA1

Jan 23, 2008 touched

Mar 17, 2008 approved

Wooohooo!!!!!! I just posted this morning about being touched finally (first since January), then came back and checked after lunch and it says they sent APPROVAL NOTICE!!! yay!!! : )

NVC is taking too long to issue the case number.My case has been sent to NVC on 26th February, and still i don't have my case number. Any information regarding this would be appreciated.

hey kity, i doubt it wil be approved by march 22.. the date changes everyday... maybe next week VSC will pik up?? i am monitoring constantly while at work... i hope to see the approval email get out of my CUBE and start screamingg.. then il get fired LOL

I started a thread for VSC approvals and how they got the good news... hopefully it will be easier to keep track of the activity at the VSC.

22nd September 2007 California center

24th September received

4th February 2008 got receipt number,

check was en cashed on 6th february2008.

26th February got the approval notice

NVC

27th Feb.received there

23rd march got the case number along with other forms and a receipt notice of payment.
