Congratulations MelissaHassan and faith11!!! YAY!!! :thumbs::dance::dance::thumbs: For me, I just received a letter stating they will forward my letter to my congressman (haha, I tried 7 different ones from California).. Congressman David Dreier was kind enough to help me forward to the congressman that serves my district =) Hopefully I will hear something next week..

My Honey, who told you that you are still under 6 months time?? Maybe it was still before 6 months when the Senate congressman helped you checked it? I am going to send a weekly fax to the congressmen of California (different ones, I don't care).. and also to both Senators, and the Governor... I will keep pushing them to help me approve my case...

I am giving USCIS a deadline of 1/1/2008 (already told my wife) before I am going to sue them.. with that date, it will be over the 6 months timeframe (for sure) and way past the recommended approval time for me.. (as to give them a nice cushion).. After 1/1/2008, I'll see them in court :devil:

I am with you gogo. After 1/1/2008, to court we go for a writ of mandamus. You planning on a lawyer or pro se? I am going to do it myself. I have an "Immigration" attorney and she is useless. Rather do things on my own than waste my time talking to her again. As the time line gets closer and we have to do this, we can communicate offline from visajourney and get this done. I have no fear of going to court. Bring it on.

The journey is over we are divorced now.

I have no problem in pursing this in court! It's totally out of control. Also, I noticed the people who are answering the telephones in USCIS have BIG ATTITUDES!! They think their God or something. If they didn't have us they wouldn't have a job!

I have been very nice but, my patience has expired! This whole process now needs to close!!! :angry::angry:
