Hey guys,

I recently sent my paperwork to Chicago and received our NOA on the 6th of April. I just noticed yesterday I forgot some paperwork so I sent another packet with the forgotten paperwork to Chicago before they were going to send me a RTF in the mail. Is this ok or do I need to call someone. I also placed our Case# on the cover letter.

I personally would of waited on the RFE to come to me. They may of required more information and the RFE would not of delayed the case that much longer. I do not know whom you can contact and wish you good luck that all the evidence gets to the proper office and is combined and then finishes processing in a timely fashion.

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

I think what you did may ensure that the two files are matched so I would say Good Thinking on your part worse case - you get an RFE and send the copies again. Good Luck

me too. I hope the OP kept copies of the stuff sent in.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

I'm pretty sure if they dont have a specific RFE on your file, then when they recieve the extra papers they will can them not knowing what to match it up to. (L)

I agree. They won't know what to do with additional files, so you will probably have to resend that information once you get an RFE. I hope that you kept copies of everything. Good luck.
