Just to add

my husband sends off his tax returns electronically. What do I send in? I don't even know if the tax people send in a recipt that they recieved the form. I need a bit of help here because normally hubby does this. He is at work right now and I can't get to ask him. Was just hoping someone here could help me out.

THank you so much.

Who are you wanting to send it to? and for what reason?

Kez

I'm sorry I guess I didn't explain myself very well. I want to add it to the support information for the I-751. Shows that we filed jointly.

We sent in our IRS Tax Transcript which is only a few pages I believe they prefer. You can have them faxed or mailed to you. Go to the IRS web site for more info.

Yes, go with tax transcripts. You don't have to worry about which pages to send and USCIS likes them better as they come from IRS.
