hi, everybody yesterday i got the appoinment for my husband's BIOMETRICS, but the letter has a notice date of 03.09.06 and his appointment was for 03.25.06 i think is it to fast !!!

we sent all his paper to chicago on march 01.06 and the first NOA had a notice date of 03.08.06, i'm kind of confusse :huh: i don't know what to do......should i re-schedule an appointment?????? :help::help:

**K-1 VISA**

*07.29.05 sent package i-129f to california

*08.02.05 recveived NOA1

*10.17.05 received NOA2

*11.01.05 colombia's embassy received package

*12.05.05 interview date

*12.06.05 recieved VISA

*12.20.05 came to U.S.A!!!!

*12.28.05 applied for a Social Security

*01.05.06 received Social Security card =)

*02.11.06 married....

**AOS**

*03.01.06 sent package for AOS & EAD

*03.03.06 package arrived at unit (Chicago,il 60699)

*03.18.06 NOA1 for AOS & EAD (notice date 03.08.06)

*04.15.06 he had his Biometric taken

*04.17.06 EAD & AOS touched

*05.03.06 AOS touched again & case transfered to CALIFORNIA.

*05.12.06 EAD APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*05.16.06 AOS touched again!!!!!

*05.17.06 EAD approval notice mail it, from USCIS office...and AOS touched again....

*06.12.06 AOS APPROVED

*06.19.06 we received my husband's GREEN CARD!!!!!!!!!

thanks for u'r reply. i have a phone number that i can call, but i have to do that on monday :crying: i have my case register USCIS web and they update my husband info on 04.13.06 but still saying for his employemt authorization it will take 30 to 90 days to them to process this kind of application...

Biometrics appointment is quick. We turned in our paperwork in Feb. had the Biometrics appointment just weeks later. Still waiting for EAD card.....

What you are saying is that here it is April 15, and the letter says that he should have had his appointment in March and you just got the letter?

I guess I would call the local office. I know it's easy for us as our local office is only a block away from my house here in Tucson.. so it's a bummer if you need to travel....

i just find out that the office that my husband has to go for BIOMETRICS is open today, so we're going to go and see if we can re-schedule his apppointment.... ;)

This post made me laugh. I saw "help!!!!!!!" so of course I had to click on this post to see what was going on. I start reading it and the first response was telling her she needed to fix her font color. I keep reading and she fixed it, I read a little more, and she continues to change her color and size. lol

What am I saying? Nothing really, just that it made me laugh...
