Hello everyone! Im a K2 visa holder.. i got here February 2007 and i applied for AOS on August 2007. and i turned 21 last JULY 2007.. im scheduled for biometrics tomorrow. i heard some cases of denial because the applicant already turned 21 before the AOS is granted (my case). any insights on my case? is there anything i can do? HELP PLS.

Why did you wait so long to file for AOS???? you may have issues and should discuss any possible problems with a good Immigration Lawyer.... You can also do a search on VJ for others who have had denials because the K2 was over 21 and was deemed to have aged out....
