i emailed NVC March 29, 2006 and this is their reply.....

Dear Sir or Madam,

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has recently received the visa petition. A packet containing the Affidavit of Support Fee Bill and Immigrant Visa Processing Fee Bill be will be sent to the attorney of record shortly. Please be advised this immigrant visa petition has been assigned the following NVC case number: MNL200658 - - - -

Regards,

National Visa Center

So dear friends, what is next to wait,...how long will our case stay at NVC and how long will they forward it to embassy.....

May GOD inspire you when you feel down,

encourage you when you feel like quitting, and guide you when all things become confusing.....

Have you tried to do a timeline search for your visa type? Maybe someone else has a similar path that can give you an idea of what time you are looking at. Good luck
