So with having that case number, can I book my medical appointment with Dr Seiden?

I think I went to Dr. Seidens in Toronto. Gawd its been so long lol. When I made the appointment I told them all I had was a checklist from pkt 3 and had asked about the interview letter and they said I didn't need that. Hell, I can't even remember what I brought in lol. I'm drawing a complete blank here :hehe: I was all excited that I was able to answer someones question, well, ok, If I can remember anything else, I'll add it. Sorry for rambling on about nothing lol.

Don't book your medical appointment until you receive your letter, BH. The reason being is that it's going to take some time until you receive your visa and you want your medical to be valid when it's time to file for AOS. They're only good for a year, so if it expires before you file for adjustment then you're going to have to shell out hundreds more for another medical here in the US. Make sure you ask for a copy of the vaccination worksheet when you do get your medical. You're going to need it.

Congratulations!

I have my immunization record, so do I still need a copy of the vaccination worksheet?

Yes, it has to be the vaccination worksheet that the panel physician fills in -- the DS-3025 form. Depending on which physician does your medical, they may or may not give you a copy. You have to ask. Choose a physician who will give you one. Mine would not, so I asked the officer at the border for a copy. He was great and gave me a copy of the entire medical.

When it comes time to file for your AOS, all you need to do is include the vaccination worksheet in place of the I-693a form that they request. It will save you time and trouble.
