But I thank God I made it this far with no problem so far..

RoseRick, did you receive your I-864 before you IV Bill?

i dont know if to expect the bill or the I-1864 first....i havnt received either one yet...

Well I have received the I864 and had already submitted it to them with the requirements..

What I am waiting for is the IV fee bill of $380.. I can't just submit the money order.. You have to wait for the bill..

If you read my last post.. I had a little shake up on my case.. They said some info is missing on my I864. I didn't know that info would be the Fee bill which I haven't receive.

IR-1 Visa for Wife

NVC Case Complete = January 2, 2008

Received Packet 4 here in the US (Interview Packet) = January 18, 2008

Case Left NVC Forwarded to USEM Manila = January 23, 2008

SLEC Medical = Jan 31 and Feb 1, 2008 (2 days)

USEM Manila Interview = February 20, 2008 @ 8:30am = DONE! (Status: 2 Months wait is over APPROVED)

CFO Guidance & Counseling = April 17, 2008

Visa in Hand = April 18, 2008 (Our Wedding Anniversary)

Arrival in the US and POE = April 23, 2008 JFK Intl. Airport New York City

Social Security Card = May 2, 2008

Green Card in Hand = August 18,2008

Received Packet 4 here in the US (Interview Packet) = January 18, 2008

Case Left NVC Forwarded to USEM Manila = January 23, 2008

SLEC Medical = Jan 31 and Feb 1, 2008 (2 days)

USEM Manila Interview = February 20, 2008 @ 8:30am = DONE! (Status: 2 Months wait is over APPROVED)

CFO Guidance & Counseling = April 17, 2008

Visa in Hand = April 18, 2008 (Our Wedding Anniversary)

Arrival in the US and POE = April 23, 2008 JFK Intl. Airport New York City

Social Security Card = May 2, 2008

Green Card in Hand = August 18,2008

3-24-2010 Sent I-751 paperwork to California service center

8-3-2010 I-751 approved!!! WHOO HOO!!!

Normally it shouldnt take more than 4 weeks to recieve the I V fee bill of 380 $.....

June 16 ,2007- Get Order from NVC to pay 70$.

July 2 ,2007- Get DS-3032 in India.

July 7,2007 - DS-3032 choice of address agent entered in NVC.

July 14 ,2007- Get I-864.

July 18 ,2007- I-864 Enters NVC.

July 29 ,2007- Get Order to Pay 380$ fee.

Aug 3 ,2007- 380$ Fee Reached St Louis.

Aug 25,2007 - NVC & St Louis People receive photocopy of my payment with USPS receipt.

After WAITING for 37 days.

Sept 10,2007 - 380$ fee encashed.

Sept 24,2007 - Receive DS-230 in Mail.

Sept 25,2007 - DS-230 despatched.

Sept 26,2007- DS-230 Delivered.

Oct 1,2007 - NVC has DS-230.

Oct 12, 2007 - DS-230 Reviewed. Case Complete

Oct 16, 2007 - Case at Embassy.

Oct 25, 2007- Interview Letter Despatched from Embassy.

Nov 3, 2007 - Recieved Interview Letter.

Dec 1, 2007 - Medical Exam .

Jan 16 - I am in USA

April 15 2008 - Get my Drivers License.

I-751 Lifting Conditions at California Service Center

November 12, 2009 - I-751 Sent via USPS Express Mail

November 13, 2009 - Receipt of I-1751 Fee

November 20, 2009 - Arrested on Domestic Battery(Had argument with wife)

December 18, 2009 - Biometrics Completed at 9 am.

January 13, 2010 - Receive I-797E Notice for more evidence

February 16, 2010 - Mail reaches Californa Service Center( Next day of Preseidents Day)

February 19, 2010 - Card Production Ordered. Status now IR1

Wow.. I will try to remember.. Lets see.. Paid $70 for the Processing for the I864 then after they received the payment after 3 weeks I got the packet with the barcode and the go signal to send my I864 with the supporting docs.

Don't exactly remember the date but this all happened last month..

It took 3 weeks on mine.. and they still sent me a notice of missing info checklist.. I asked them what was missing and yeah they told me my payment for the IV bill..

I just laugh.. I just got the bill today.. I guess the bill got expired before it even got to me.. Hehehehehe..

yesturday night i bought my plane ticket.....i have to go and spend this holiday with my husband.... we have been together 3 years now and we have only spent 1 x-mas together.... so i will be with him in El Salvador for these winter holidays!!

Hope you will enjoy your time in my country its really very beautiful. I was born in Usulutan, El Salvador and miss it each and everyday of my life. One day I'll be there again. X-mas in El Salvador is the best in the world. You will surely enjoy it am sure. Gud travel!!
